Throughout my time at EGGER, I have experienced many opportunities for advancement. After eight months of working as a press operator, I was promoted to shift supervisor and delighted by this significant step which set the foundation for my career. In October 2023, I was presented with another growth opportunity, this time as a section leader in the lamination department. The team at EGGER recognized my potential, offered challenges and helped me accomplish a variety of goals. It is hard to prosper without help from others, but the team supports one another and looks out for the best interest of everyone involved.

The family-like culture in such a large facility can be hard to find and their commitment to development is something that resonates with me. Embracing challenges has become a source of personal growth. A wide range of other experiences have equipped me with valuable knowledge and skills that I apply daily. My time at EGGER stands as the cornerstone of my professional journey. Having taken part in the company's establishment in building the facility, I now find that EGGER reciprocates loyalty by nurturing and supporting those who care about the company.
