Kromaplast becomes part of the EGGER Group
The EGGER Group has acquired 65% of the shares in the Italian edging specialist Kromaplast S.r.l., based in Cessalto in the Veneto region, in the heart of the Italian furniture industry. The closing took place on 30 September 2026.
EGGER and Sinowolf enter strategic partnership
The EGGER Group has signed an agreement to invest in a 30% minority stake in Sinowolf, an internationally active Chinese manufacturer of edge banding solutions for the furniture and interior design industry.
