For this family home with three young children, the client sought a simple style, using wood and industrial elements. The kitchen, intended to serve as the heart of the entire home, needed to be large and spacious. The space is dominated by a large kitchen wall unit with a work island. The handle-free cabinet fronts are designed in white, blending naturally into the entire interior. The oak countertop is recessed into the cabinetry, with matching decor carried to the side panel and rear wall, contrasting naturally with the bright white. On the countertop, rear and side panels, H1180 ST37 Natural Halifax Oak offers the beauty of wood, but with greater durability in a high-traffic space. W1100 PM PerfectSense Matt Alpine White complements the oak perfectly and provides a hint of luxury. PerfectSense Matt lacquered panels deliver an ultra-matte, velvety soft finish for on-trend, warm designs. Thanks to its fingerprint resistant qualities, this material invites touch, without the fear any messy smears and smudges, even in a white kitchen.
